Special Recipe Chicken Porridge
MATERIALS NEEDED :
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 5 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 kg chicken , cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
- 1.5 ounces of canned button mushrooms , sliced
- 1.5 ounces shelled sweet corn .
MUSH :
- 1.5 ounces of rice
- 800 ml of water
- 3 knuckle of ginger , crushed
- 2 stalks lemongrass , crushed
topping:
Fried dumpling skins and chopped cilantro
SUPPLEMENTAL :
Bottled chili sauce and pickled cucumber
HOW TO MAKE A SPECIAL CHICKEN MUSH :
1 . Cook rice porridge with water , ginger , and lemongrass until half cooked into mush , lift .
2 . Heat oil with sesame oil , saute garlic and onions until fragrant
3 . Add chicken , oyster sauce , salt and pepper , and cook until chicken changes color
4 . Enter mushrooms and corn , and cook until chicken is tender , remove from heat. Add flavoring, Enter into the porridge and stir
5 . Cook porridge with chicken evenly and seasoning until chicken is tender , remove from heat.
6 . Serve warm , sprinkle with cilantro and fried dumplings . Complete with chili sauce and pickles .
